There are places where you can tell the team enjoys working, and Merendero Cobos is one of them. Customers mention it again and again: the waiters joke with each other, serve with a smile and the service is quick without losing that friendly touch. As for the food, the dish that receives the most praise is the pil pil de gambas, made with a mix of oil and tomato that wins over even the most demanding diners, with large, very fresh prawns.
