Taxi, transfer, bus or hire car from the airport?
The taxi rank at the airport runs on the meter and is usually dearer to Nerja; a booked transfer has a fixed price and your driver is already waiting, with no queue.
The ALSA bus is the cheapest, but there are few direct buses from the airport and you usually change in Málaga: allow over an hour and a half.
If you plan to explore the mountains and white villages, a hire car pays off. If you only go to Nerja, a taxi works out well for three or four people: about €21 each.
