Balcón de Europa Food Fair
A food and music fair on the Balcón de Europa in late August: three nights of artisan produce and free concerts. In 2026, Falete, Lya and OBK.
The Feria Balcón de Europa (Balcón de Europa Food Fair) is a summer event that turns Nerja’s most famous viewpoint into a venue for food and music for three nights in late August. It is organised by the town council’s tourism department.
What there is
Stalls with produce from the Axarquía, Andalusia and other parts of Spain, with a focus on artisan and home-made food: ham, cheese, cured meats and specialities to taste on the spot. It opens every day from 7 pm to 1 am, and each night there is a free concert from 10.30 pm.
Editions
- 2025 (1st edition): 22, 23 and 24 August, with sixteen stalls and concerts by Eduardo Campanero, Nolasco and No me pises que llevo chanclas.
- 2026 (2nd edition): 21, 22 and 23 August, with Falete, Lya and OBK. According to the town council, more than 5,000 people attended.
Concerts have a capacity limit, so it is worth arriving early. The 2027 dates have not been announced yet.
